Anderson PM will be using a data driven system to streamline and automate management of your condominium corporation. Using technology to insure that management of your interests is done in an efficient and timely manner. Whether it’s using the latest accounting software for your bookkeeping, or a work order process to track and report on outstanding issues that need to be followed up on, our goal is to minimize the effort it takes you to run your corporation so you can enjoy the condo lifestyle.Service packages will be customized to suit your individual corporation. We know that each condominium is different and your requirements may vary depending on the level of involvement your board and owners have. We will cover the gamut from complete carefree management where we look after every little detail, to joint participation in management if cost savings are imperative for your Corp. Consultation/consulting:
We will offer consulting services to Boards and Owners, or anyone considering the condo lifestyle. Dispute mediation and settlement will be offered and with a team of affiliated professionals we can offer a wide variety of services.Maintenance:
